The game has a simple story: Ben is sleeping peacefully, unaware the threat that pops up: a small mosquito-like robot approaches his Omnitrix and absorbing the same DNA, limiting Ben two transformations (Heatblast and Fourarms). The next day, a meteor of unknown origin crashed in a canyon, and Ben goes to investigate, only to see that the place is full of dangerous robots who have the first battles of the game, Ben must fight against his archenemy Vilgax.
